Mindful Eating for Disordered Eating

Trauma Treatment through Individual Therapy

Have you survived a traumatic event or series of events? Is it impacting your daily life? Let's talk at your pace. There is no one size fits all approach to trauma treatment. Dr. Chianese will engage in treatment that fits and honors your needs. Dr. Chianese offers weekly 60-minute sessions or in some cases, multiple weekly sessions to help survivors tap into their resiliency, improve their quality of life and cultivate self-compassion. Through empathic listening, integrated therapeutic treatment and mindfulness, we can discover a path to healing.
