It's normal to find therapy to be a bit intimidating. There is so much stigma swirling around seeing a psychologist. But, I am here to tell you that those who are the most resilient know when to ask for support. Therapy is a supportive and transformative experience. I have been described as having a relaxed and gentle approach. I also don't subscribe to the blank face version of therapy where I talk little and rarely change my facial expression.
